A Culinary Class with Chef Roberto Fracchioni

Have you ever wanted to learn the secrets of the Chefs at your favourite restaurants?

The Millcroft Inn & Spa's award-winning Executive Chef Roberto Fracchioni has graciously offered to share some of his trade secrets, and many of his favourite ingredients and tools, with a series of themed culinary classes.

Participants will enjoy an informative, entertaining and interactive 60 to 90-minute class with Chef Fracchioni in a group setting.

  • Saturday, September 18th: Winter Soups & Stews
  • Saturday, October 16th: Chocolate Delights
Guests will also savour samples of the dishes being demonstrated and a glass of wine from The Millcroft's extensive cellar AND receive a parting gift courtesy of From the Kitchen to the Table ~ the premier kitchenware store in the Headwaters region.
